SEO Specialist – Healthcare EMR / Durable Medical Equipment (5+ Years Experience)

Job Requirements (SEO-Optimized)Experience & Domain Expertise

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SEO experience in Healthcare Technology, EMR/EHR Software, Medical Billing, or Durable Medical Equipment (DME) industry.
• Strong understanding of US Healthcare workflows, including patient intake, authorization, billing cycles, referrals, compliance, and medical coding terminology.
• Proven track record in ranking healthcare SaaS, EMR platforms, or medical equipment businesses on Google for high-intent clinical, operational, and B2B keywords.
• Experience optimizing websites related to HIPAA-compliant platforms, physical therapy EMR, practice management systems, telehealth, or healthcare automation.

SEO Technical Skills

• Deep knowledge of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, and Local SEO strategies.
• Expertise with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Keyword Planner.
• Ability to perform advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, backlink strategy development, and site architecture optimization.
• Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals, schema markup (Healthcare Schema), crawlability, indexing, sitemaps, and internal linking frameworks.

Content Strategy & Healthcare Marketing

• Ability to create and optimize healthcare B2B content, including blogs, landing pages, product pages, and knowledge base articles.
• Understanding of SEO content strategy for EMR, practice management, insurance workflows, DME suppliers, and healthcare automation.
• Ability to collaborate with marketing, product, and clinical SMEs to produce authoritative content that drives traffic and leads.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Experience building SEO dashboards and reports using Google Looker Studio, Excel, or Tableau.
• Strong ability to analyze rankings, traffic metrics, conversion funnels, and user behavior to recommend data-driven improvements.
• Experience improving domain authority, inbound leads, and organic conversions for healthcare SaaS businesses.

Soft Skills & Work Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced US Healthcare product environment.
• Must be local to Ahmedabad.
• This is a 100% onsite role in our Vastrapur office. Remote options are NOT available.
