Required Skills & Competencies

Experience: Proven track record in Channel Sales, Dealer/Distributor Management, and Business Development. Experience in Water Heaters, Geysers, and Home Appliances is highly preferred.
Communication & Interpersonal: Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills essential for building long-term channel partnerships.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and hands-on experience with CRM software.
Sales Acumen: Strong market understanding and a highly result-oriented approach.

Educational Qualification

Mandatory: Graduate in any discipline (Engineering or Business preferred).
