Job Description

Develop and execute sales strategies: This includes identifying target markets, creating sales plans, and implementing them to maximize revenue. Build and maintain client relationships: This involves nurturing existing accounts and prospecting for new business, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. Negotiate contracts and agreements: This involves securing favorable terms for the hotel, such as group bookings, event contracts, and corporate rates. Manage and lead the sales team: This includes setting performance goals, providing training and coaching, and motivating team members to achieve sales targets. Monitor and analyze sales performance: This involves tracking sales data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions to improve sales effectiveness. Collaborate with other departments: This includes working with the revenue management team, front office, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Attend industry events and network: This helps stay informed about industry trends and connect with potential clients and partners.
