Sr. Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager at Freyr Energy, your role will be to generate direct and channel Solar PV sales. You will be responsible for meeting Monthly & Quarterly Sales targets for rooftop solar system sales in the MSME segment. It is expected that you develop a channel partner network in your territory. You should be able to generate leads and convert them into orders, ensuring that all marketing leads are followed up. Additionally, you will need to provide clear explanations to clients about owning solar systems and how they will work technically with the rest of their setup. You should also be able to explain detailed financial calculations to clients to support the purchase of solar systems, including Return on Investment, Break-Even, Cash flows with and without financing, and Accelerated depreciation. Your role will involve generating Techno-Commercial proposals with the help of the design and engineering team, as well as supporting the Operations Team with client and project-related information. Daily reporting to AGM Sales as per the company process is also part of your responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - B2B Sales experience, preferably in the MSME segment from any industry vertical - Prior solar experience is a plus - Prior experience in building a channel sales network is a plus - Graduation in any discipline Key Responsibilities: - Meet Monthly & Quarterly Sales targets - Generate and convert leads into orders - Provide clear explanations to clients about solar systems - Explain financial calculations to support solar system purchase - Generate Techno-Commercial proposals - Support Operations Team with client and project-related information - Daily reporting to AGM Sales Skills Expected: - Networking and relationship management with clients - Good negotiation skills - Proficient in using MS Office and writing emails As a candidate for this position, you are expected to be self-motivated and a go-getter.
