Job Description

Cleaning: Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, carpets, and furniture. Cleaning bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and tubs. Wiping down surfaces, including countertops, tables, and mirrors. Cleaning and sanitizing guest room amenities, such as telephones, TV remotes, and light switches. Cleaning public areas, such as hallways, staircases, and lobbies. Making and Replenishing: Making beds and changing linens. Replacing towels. Restocking guest room amenities, such as toiletries, coffee, tea, and water. Replenishing items in the mini-bar. Maintaining and Reporting: Reporting any maintenance issues or damage to the appropriate department. Ensuring the safety and security of guest rooms and property. Following all safety and sanitation policies and procedures. Maintaining a tidy and organized housekeeping cart. Customer Service: Assisting guests with any requests or needs. Providing a positive and helpful attitude. Responding to guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Other Duties: May be required to perform other housekeeping duties, such as laundry or deep cleaning tasks. May be assigned to work in specific areas or on a specific shift.
