Job Description

Leading and Supervising: Directing and managing the stewarding team, including training, performance evaluation, and providing guidance. Cleanliness and Hygiene: Overseeing the cleaning of all areas, including dining areas, kitchens, and service areas, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. Inventory Management: Maintaining stock of cleaning supplies, equipment, and other essential items. Operational Efficiency: Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the stewarding department, including dishwashing, sanitation, and equipment maintenance. Problem Solving: Addressing issues and challenges promptly, finding solutions to guest concerns, and escalating issues as needed. Collaboration: Working effectively with other departments, such as kitchen staff and front-of-house personnel, to ensure seamless service. Quality Control: Regularly inspecting work areas and equipment to ensure adherence to quality standards and implementing corrective actions when necessary. Safety and Sanitation: Enforcing safety regulations and hygiene standards, conducting regular audits to identify areas for improvement. Documentation: Maintaining records of inventory, repairs, and other relevant information. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Provident Fund Schedule: Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Yearly bonus Experience: Steward: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
