Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Steward at Hotel The Park, located in MUDHOL , KARNATAKA .The Sr. Steward will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the food and beverage section, ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction. The role involves overseeing the preparation and service of food and beverages, providing training and support to junior staff, and maintaining cleanliness and organization within the dining area. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Communication skills Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service Proficiency in Training and mentoring staff Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel industry is a plus Good organizational and multitasking skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
