Qualifications

Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service
Proficiency in Training and mentoring staff
Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel industry is a plus
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
