Sr Sales ManagerJPC REQ--Sr Sales Manager ---5+ YEARS--- BANGALORE/Mumbai--- Nitta corporation ---NEW Client --------Praveen yalamatiPosition Title:Senior Sales Engineer/Territory Sales ManagerReports to:BDM CEBasic Purpose & Function:As a member of the Sales team, responsible for supporting and growing Nittas business in the assignedterritory or region for Air Filter products.Responsibilities:To identify and develop a strategic relationship with senior management and develop new accounts To build awareness about NITTA products & solution in the market Manage new business inquiries to closure Work closely with multiple industries in the assigned geography Identify new business opportunities and grow the business through multi-channel distribution:OEMs, EndUsers, Consultants and Dealers Handle complete sales cycle Identifying and creating opportunities, solution offering, presenting businesscase to clients, submission of proposals, opportunity Interaction with internal team for pricing and solutionderivation
  • To actively work with the customers key concerns and drive sales of higher service levels and new value-added services
  • Help with preparing annual budgets with information on market potential and penetration goals.Market study by major industries cities and by industry potential in the assigned region. Meet the budgeted Net Revenue and Gross Margin objectives. Maintaining & Increasing the Market Share in the assigned region with Proactive working with customer andmuch ahead than competition. Ensure timely response on customer communication / requirementAct as customers representative; liaise with the plant for timely delivery. Dealing with various customer complaints & resolving the issues thereby maintaining a long-termrelationship with CustomerPrompt follow-up and collection of payments from customers. Report daily activities by email every day to the ManagerRegular follow up on competitors activities and update NCI Management.Education & Experience:Bachelors Degree in Engineering. MBA will be an advantage. Must have proven and successful experience in growing the business at the regional level. Has excellent knowledge about HVAC industry in the region. Prior experience in HVAC, AHU sales, filter sales will be an added advantage. Knowledge of India tax structure, sales policies and regulations. Experience in price / terms negotiations with customers. Has a proven track record with around 3-6 years' experience in Sales. Must be fluent in the English, Hindi and the regional language. Good relationship management skills Good understanding of customer expectationsSkills Required:Self-driven, results oriented, organized and multitasking abilities. Ability to assess market situation and take appropriate decisions proactively. Inter-personal skills:Ability to manage customers at different levels and also a dealer network. Presentation skill, ability to use MS office tools Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Guided with strategic objectives, policies and mid and long-term business goals, acts independently withinthe scope of responsibility. Be a good team player, works with influence, supports and motivates peers.
