Job Description:Job Title: Sr Sales Manager- Chemical industry – Delhi

Role Objective:

? Drive the sales and marketing business of Surfactant & Specialty Chemicals for Home & Personal Care.
? Develop sales & marketing Strategies & plan that add value to the achievement of company’s goal & objective.? Prepare action plan for Individuals as well as for team for effective search of sales lead & prospects.? Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandizing techniques.

Job Responsibility

I] Sales Planning and Forecasting:

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities for effective sales planning.
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets
  • Manage sales pipeline to drive new business opportunities to commercial success

II] Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Understand client needs and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and discuss with Suppliers technical & commercial issues to develop business benefiting both parties.Price negotiations under the guidance of Department Management

III] Sales Execution:

  • Direct and oversee the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Participate in key sales negotiations and strategic account management.
  • Coordinate & prepare Supplier visits, seminars and customer appointments by providing customer background and business activity details.

IV] Goal Setting and Strategy:

  • Set sales targets and objectives in alignment with the overall business strategy.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets.

V] Market Analysis:

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Adjust sales strategies based on market changes.

VI] Customer Feedback:

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products/services and enhance the sales process.Key Skills:Key Skills:
  • Strong sales & marketing, business development, and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of chemical products, processes, and industry regulations.
  • Market analysis and forecasting ability.
  • Negotiation, client relationship management, and strategic planning.
  • Ability to identify, create, and close new business leads.

Mandatory :
Need people from the Home and Personal Care (Chemicals) background7+ years of experience in sales and marketing field.In-depth understanding of chemical products, processes, and industry regulations.

Experience: 7+ years

Job Location: Delhi

Working Days: 5 days

Timings: -9am-6pm/ 9.30-6.30pm/ 10pm-7pm (Candidates can choose as per preference)
Saturday: 2nd & 4th- 10am- 2pm , 1st, 3rd & 5th- 1.5 hrs early leaving

Qualification: Graduation

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Reporting to : Business Head

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹200,000.00 per month
