Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership:

• Strategic Planning:

• Team Management:

  Recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor the performance of sales representatives.

• Customer Relationship Management:

  Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and partnering with them effectively.

• Reporting & Forecasting:

  Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports, along with realistic forecasts, to the management team.

• Market Analysis:

  Identify emerging markets and market shifts while staying aware of new products and competitors status.
