Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Senior Sales Executive who will play a key role in driving property sales, achieving monthly/quarterly targets, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate must be passionate about real estate, confident in deal closures, and committed to meeting revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets consistently.
  • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, site visits, events, and digital channels.
  • Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits to close deals.
  • Maintain strong follow-ups with clients to ensure conversions.
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with buyers and investors.
  • Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to optimize sales strategies.
  • Provide market insights and competitor analysis to the management team.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of real estate sales performance with target achievements.
  • 3–7 years of experience in property sales (luxury/residential/commercial).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in handling challenges.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results on tight timelines.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Sales, or Marketing preferred.
