As a Business Development Executive at WillShall Consulting, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and promoting our digital marketing services. With 1-5 years of experience as a Sr. Sales Executive, you will utilize platforms like Upwork and Fiverr to connect with potential clients and expand our client base. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and engaging with potential clients through online channels, managing the sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure, and collaborating with the technical team for project success. You will research market trends, understand client needs, and propose tailored solutions to secure projects. Additionally, you will be preparing persuasive proposals, maintaining an updated portfolio, and converting leads into long-term business relationships. To excel in this role, you should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, have a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, and be familiar with common IT concepts and terminology. This is a full-time position offering benefits such as a flexible schedule, leave encashment, and paid sick time.
