1. Lead Sales Ops – Drive & manage sales targets for assigned territories/products.

4. Relationship Mgmt – Maintain & nurture existing client relationships for repeat business & referrals.

5. Strategy & Planning – Develop sales strategies, set monthly/quarterly goals & forecast revenue.

6. Reporting & Analysis – Track sales metrics, prepare performance reports & suggest improvements.

7. Market Insight – Gather competitor & market info to refine sales approaches.

8. Collaboration – Work with marketing, product & customer service teams for seamless deals.

9. Training & Development – Stay updated on product knowledge & sales techniques; share learnings with team.

10. Achieve Incentives – Meet targets to earn incentives, trips & recognition.
