Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue growth, acquire new clients, and strengthen business relationships. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital marketing sales and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, Google Ads, Web Development, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.
  • Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations for potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and propose customized digital marketing solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, prepare proposals, and close deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution.
  • Track sales performance, maintain CRM records, and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market demands.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–6+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and basic sales reporting.
