Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new corporate leads and business opportunities in the Northeast hospitality sector.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, market TA visits, and client meetings to promote hotel rooms, banquets, Sales.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
  • Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and competitor insights.
  • Assist in planning and implementing sales strategies and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with hotel operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery for clients.
  • Attend trade fairs, networking events, and industry activities in the Northeast region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hotel Management, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in hospitality sales (preferably in the Northeast market).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Good understanding of regional travel patterns, corporate markets, and OTA channels.
  • Ability to travel extensively across Northeast states.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with hotel sales tools DSR Excel .
  • Existing network of corporate clients, travel agents, or government accounts in Northeast India.
  • Knowledge of local languages (English, Bengali, Hindi) is an added advantage.

Salary Range

  • Competitive salary + incentives based on performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of sales experience (hospitality preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of the local property market is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
