Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Head
Travel Required: Yes (Extensive within assigned region)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Senior Sales Executive who will play a pivotal role in expanding the market for our products, maintaining strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be proactive in lead generation, and be comfortable with frequent travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Explore and Realize Market Potential:

Promote the full range of Manas Geotextile products across assigned territories and customer segments.

  • Customer Visits & Business Development:

Regularly visit contractors, consultants, project owners, and government bodies involved in infrastructure, highways, railways, landfills, and tunnels to generate enquiries.

  • Lead Generation:

Identify and visit new infrastructure projects and clients through multiple channels – project sites, EPC contractors, consultants, and industry networks.

  • Sales Target Achievement:

Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into sales and ensuring timely follow-up.

  • Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Presentation & Product Promotion:

Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and application guidance for prospective clients.

  • Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain records of visits, leads, and client interactions. Prepare regular sales reports and market intelligence updates.

  • Market Feedback:

Collect competitor and market feedback and suggest improvements in strategy or product offerings.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate in Engineering (Civil/Environmental preferred) or a related discipline. MBA in Marketing is an advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in sales/business development, preferably in geotextiles, technical textiles, construction materials, or infrastructure products.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written), with the ability to draft professional emails and proposals.
  • Travel Readiness: Willing to travel extensively within the region to meet clients and visit project sites.
  • Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of geotextile applications in civil engineering/infrastructure projects is preferred.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM tools, and email communication.
