4–7 years in B2B sales (office supplies / facility management / industrial supplies preferred)

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new customers, and driving enquiries and orders for RacknSell’s office and facility supplies portfolio. The role involves engaging with corporate buyers, Admin Heads, Procurement Managers, and Facility Managers to convert leads into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new B2B leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and digital channels
• Acquire corporate customers and onboard them for repeat procurement
• Drive enquiries, quotations, and order closures for office and facility supplies
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets
• Conduct meetings and product presentations with Admin / Procurement / Facility teams
• Coordinate with internal operations for pricing, availability, and order fulfillment
• Maintain CRM records of leads, follow-ups, enquiries, and conversions
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across categories

Key Skills

• Strong B2B lead generation and closing skills
• Experience selling office supplies, facility consumables, or related B2B products
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
• Basic proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and email communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Experience in B2B distribution, corporate sales, or procurement-led sales is a plus

• Number of qualified leads generated

• Monthly revenue and repeat order growth

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
