As a Sales Executive at Lasting Software Private Limited, you will play a key role in client acquisition and business development by: - Generating and following up on leads through calls, emails, and client meetings - Pitching software solutions tailored to client requirements - Building and maintaining strong customer relationships - Coordinating with technical teams for proposals and project follow-ups - Meeting monthly targets and reporting progress to the sales manager To excel in this role, you will need: - Excellent communication and persuasion skills - Confident, outgoing personality with a passion for tech - Prior experience in B2B sales or IT sales is a plus - Basic understanding of software services (training provided) - Must be target-driven and self-motivated - Graduation in any field (B.Tech, BBA, BCA preferred) In addition to a fixed salary, as a Sales Executive, you can enjoy high-performance incentives, monthly recognition, and a clear career growth path.
