The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing professional to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing market strategies, and building strong customer relationships within the industrial gases sector.

Key Responsibilities:

*Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.

*Manage and nurture existing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

*Conduct market research to identify trends and competitors' activities.

*Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

*Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and generate revenue for the company.

*Coordinate with the technical and production teams to ensure timely delivery and service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

*Bachelor's degree (B.Com, BBA, B.Tech, or equivalent preferred).

*1 to 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in the Industrial Gases, Chemicals, or a related B2B industry.

*Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

*Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

*Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline.

*Proficiency in local languages (Gujarati/Hindi) and basic English communication is a must.
