Job Description: You will play a key role as a Sales & Business Development Associate in our team located in Ajmer. Your primary responsibility will be to understand customer travel requirements and curate personalized itineraries to ensure seamless travel arrangements. The main objective of this role is to elevate customer satisfaction levels and build a loyal client base. As a Sales & Business Development Associate, your duties will include: - Conducting in-depth research on various travel destinations based on team allocation - Collaborating with your manager to develop effective sales pitches - Communicating with customers to gather details about their travel preferences and expectations - Tailoring boutique itineraries according to the gathered requirements - Incorporating customer feedback to make necessary adjustments - Maintaining regular communication with customers in the pipeline to assist in finalizing their travel plans - Actively implementing feedback provided by the manager and team lead - Focusing on achieving the lead-to-sales conversion percentage and meeting the sales targets set by the manager This is a full-time, permanent position with a compensation package that includes a yearly bonus. The work schedule is during day shifts, and you will be required to work in person at the designated location.
