Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Executive Assistant to the CEO who will function as the right hand to the leadership. This is not a conventional admin role—this position is ideal for someone who is capable of handling high-impact projects, making strategic decisions, and ensuring efficient coordination across departments. Key Responsibilities: · Work closely with the CEO on day-to-day priorities, managing communications, agendas, and strategic initiatives. · Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication. · Attend leadership and cross-functional meetings; drive action items, track deliverables, and ensure accountability. · Prepare business reports, review decks, dashboards, and key updates for board meetings or investor presentations. · Support in strategic planning, business reviews, and project tracking across Smart Security and Builders Hardware divisions. · Coordinate travel schedules, events, and off-site meetings for the CEO. · Manage confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion. · Monitor industry trends, competitor insights, and internal data to assist in high-level decision-making. · Drive initiatives in organisation, operations, culture, and leadership enablement alongside HR and Business Heads. Qualification: · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus). · At least 2 years of experience supporting C-level executives or in a Chief of Staff role. · Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and organisational skills. · Strategic thinker with a high degree of ownership, discretion, and emotional intelligence. · Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and juggle multiple priorities. · Proficiency in MS Office, Microsoft Management Tools, and digital productivity tools. · Strong business acumen and understanding of strategic growth levers.
