Job Summary:

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling cardiovascular, neuro, and other critical care medical devices within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have strong existing relationships with cardiologists, neurologists, and hospital decision-makers, and a proven track record in achieving sales growth in the medical device sector.

This role requires a mix of clinical knowledge, relationship management, and strategic sales execution to expand market presence and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the cardio, neuro, and medical device product portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors (cardiologists, neurologists, surgeons), hospital administrators, cath lab staff, and procurement teams.
  • Leverage existing doctor contacts and build new ones to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct regular product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
  • Support clinical evaluations, trials, and case coverage when required.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.
  • Prepare detailed sales plans, forecasts, and reports to monitor performance against targets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and clinical teams for new product launches, CME events, and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage tender processes, quotations, and negotiations in line with company policies.
  • Stay updated on competitor products, market trends, and technological advancements.
  • Ensure all sales and promotional activities comply with medical ethics, regulatory guidelines, and company standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in medical devices, with specialization in cardiology and/or neurology products.
  • Network: Strong existing relationships and direct contacts with key doctors, surgeons, and hospitals in the assigned territory.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of clinical applications and technical features of cardio/neuro devices (e.g., stents, pacemakers, neurostimulators, catheters).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
