Sr. Sales Consultant

As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving the success of our dealership by delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining strong product knowledge, and consistently achieving sales goals. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the car-buying process and help mentor junior sales staff to elevate the overall performance of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
• Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Guide customers through the entire sales process, including vehicle selection, financing options, trade-ins, and paperwork.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and dealership performance standards.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to build long-term relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and automotive trends.
• Support and mentor junior sales consultants, helping them develop skills and achieve targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system and ensure proper documentation of sales activities.
• Collaborate with finance and service departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive sales, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of vehicles, financing, and the automotive market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
• Customer-focused with a strong drive to deliver an exceptional buying experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
