We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivational Car Sales Trainer to lead training efforts for our dealership’s sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for equipping new and experienced sales staff with the skills, tools, and product knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service and close more deals. A successful trainer in this role will have a solid background in automotive sales and a passion for coaching and development. Key Responsibilities: Design and conduct onboarding programs for new car sales consultants. Deliver ongoing sales training sessions covering product knowledge, customer service, and closing techniques. Train staff on dealership CRM tools, digital retailing platforms, and lead management systems. Reinforce compliance with dealership policies, industry regulations, and manufacturer standards. Conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs through observation, sales metrics, and feedback. Coach individuals one-on-one to improve performance, confidence, and professionalism.
