Job Description

Sales Trainer (Mobile Telecommunications)

As a Sales Trainer for Oppo Mobile , you will be the driving force behind our front-line success. In the fast-paced mobile industry, product cycles move quickly and customer expectations are high. You will be responsible for ensuring our sales representatives are experts in the latest mobile technology, master the art of the consultative sell, and consistently hit their KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Curriculum Development:

    Design and update training programs covering the latest smartphone hardware, OS features (iOS/Android), technology, and mobile ecosystem products (wearables, tablets, IoT).
  • Onboarding:

    Lead "Bootcamp" sessions for new hires to integrate them into the company culture and sales methodology.
  • Sales Coaching:

    Conduct regular "floor-side" coaching and role-play sessions to improve closing rates, objection handling, and upselling techniques.
  • Product Launches:

    Partner with the Marketing and Product teams to create rapid-response training for new device launches and seasonal promotions.
  • Performance Analysis:

    Monitor sales data to identify "knowledge gaps" and design targeted interventions for underperforming teams or regions.
  • LMS Management:

    Maintain and update the Learning Management System with engaging video content, quizzes, and digital resources.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Industry Expertise:

    Minimum 03 years of experience in

    Mobile/Telco sales

    or retail training.
  • Tech Savvy:

    A deep passion for mobile technology and the ability to translate complex technical specs into "customer-facing" benefits.
  • Communication:

    Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills; you should be able to command a room and keep energy high.
  • Adaptability:

    Proven ability to pivot training strategies based on market trends and competitive shifts (e.g., new competitor flagship launches).
  • Travel:

    Ability to travel to various retail locations or regional offices (up to 30Km Around Your City )
