RESPONSIBILITY-

OVERALL & ISO 9000 RELATED

• Monitor Process Objectives of department.
• Plan Risk Analysis in department to achieve Targets.
• Take Corrective Actions on Root Causes in case of Targets not achieved
• Ensure Knowledge Management maintained in the department so that people leaving doesn’t affect department performance.
• Close all old pending NCR’s of Audits.
• Attend management review meeting
• System development and development.
• Act on complaints /non conformances without delay
• Conduct & cross check incoming / in process, final inspection
• Ensure calibrated instruments
• Ensure NC parts /complaints get cleared in time
• Decide calibration frequency
• IHR monitoring
• IHR reduction plan and meeting with CFT and actions decision and follow-up to closure.
• Rework monitoring.
• Rework reduction plan and meeting with CFT and actions decision and follow-up to closure.
• Ensure of set-up verifications, in-process inspection and last piece inspection are being done.
• Actions on the NC products.
• Monitoring inward process.
• Actions on Inward NC.
• Ensure 3 party inspection of RM.
• New gauges order & follow-up and implementation.
• Customer complaints analysis with CFT.
• Customer complaints actions monitoring.
• Participate in Audits.
• Participate in new system development.
• Training and development of juniors.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
