You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality control procedures for transformer radiators and other products. This includes conducting inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards. In case of any defects, you will need to identify root causes, analyze them, and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). It will also be your duty to maintain and update quality documentation, reports, and records to ensure adherence to ISO and other relevant quality management standards. Collaboration with the production and design teams to resolve quality-related issues and providing training and guidance to production staff on quality requirements and best practices will be essential. Additionally, you will conduct audits, participate in continuous improvement initiatives, and assist in customer complaint resolution by investigating quality concerns and providing reports.
