Job Description

Job Summary:

The Salesforce Automation Test Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts for Salesforce /MS Dynamics applications. This role ensures the quality and reliability of Salesforce solutions through comprehensive testing and adherence to best practices.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce Salesforce /MS Dynamics applications using industry-standard tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar, Testim, mabl).
Execute automated test suites and analyze results, identifying and documenting defects.
Collaborate with development, product, and other QA teams to understand requirements and ensure testability of Salesforce /MS Dynamics features.
Develop and implement test plans and strategies for Salesforce /MS Dynamics projects, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on Salesforce /MS Dynamics testing best practices and automation strategies.
Ensure compliance with testing standards and methodologies, including Agile and DevOps principles.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing process and automation framework.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:

3-9 years of experience in Salesforce /MS Dynamics testing with a strong focus on automation.
Salesforce Expertise:

In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce /MS Dynamics platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and integrations.
Automation Tools:

Proficiency in at least one Salesforce-specific automation testing tool (e.g., Provar, Testim) or general automation tools like Selenium with Java/Python.
Programming Languages:

Strong programming skills in languages like Java, Python, or Apex for test script development.
Testing Methodologies:

Experience with various testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and test management tools.
Analytical Skills:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot issues.
Communication:

Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation.
Version Control:

Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
