Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce / MS Dynamics applications using tools like
Selenium, Provar, Testim, or mabl

Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and document defects.
Collaborate with development, product, and QA teams to ensure
testability of features

Develop and implement
test plans and strategies
, covering functional, regression, and performance testing.
Participate in all phases of the
SDLC
, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Provide technical guidance on Salesforce / MS Dynamics
testing best practices
and automation strategies.
Ensure compliance with testing standards, including
Agile and DevOps methodologies

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the
automation framework and testing processes
