Role:- Java MSB Level- 5 to 12 YRS Location-Hyderabad Job summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 5 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java 11 Java 8 Spring Boot Spring Cloud AWS and Microservices. Experience in the Commercial Lending domain is a plus. This role involves leading technical projects and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Required Skills : Technical Skills : Microservices Spring Cloud Java 8 Spring Boot AWS Java 11 Domain Skills : Roles & Responsibilities : - Lead the design development and implementation of complex software solutions using Java 11 Java 8 Spring Boot and Spring Cloud - Oversee the integration of AWS services to enhance application performance and scalability - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure best practices in software development - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features - Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications - Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to maintain code quality - Conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and ensure adherence to best practices - Develop and maintain microservices architecture to support business requirements - Implement security and data protection measures to safeguard sensitive information - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements and specifications - Monitor and manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery of software solutions - Provide regular updates to management on project status risks and issues - Drive continuous improvement in software development processes and methodologies -Qualifications - Possess strong experience in Java 11 and Java 8 development - Demonstrate expertise in Spring Boot and Spring Cloud frameworks - Have hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud computing - Show proficiency in developing and maintaining microservices architecture - Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues - Have excellent communication and collaboration skills - Experience in the Commercial Lending domain is a plus - Display a strong understanding of software development best practices - Hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field - Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions - Show ability to lead and mentor a team of developers - Demonstrate strong organizational and project management.
