Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Backend Developer to join our backend

engineering team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in building

scalable backend systems using Python, with a strong understanding of

microservices architecture and deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Job Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs using Python frameworks such as FastAPI.

Develop and deploy serverless functions using Google Cloud Functions and integrate with GCP services (e.g., Pub/Sub, Firestore, Cloud Run, Cloud Storage).

Implement complex business logic, data models, and AI/ML pipelines across Python-based services.

Integrate state-of-the-art natural language processing (NLP) models, including OpenAI GPT APIs and LangChain frameworks, to build intelligent conversational agents, recommendation engines, and data processing workflows.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.

Build dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly front-end applications using React.js, Redux, and React Hooks, including AI-powered interactive components. Optimize front-end performance, manage client-side state effectively, and integrate AI/ML-driven insights or features seamlessly into the UI.

Design and manage relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and integrate them with backend applications; work with NoSQL databases like MongoDB as needed for flexible data storage.

Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data access, reporting, transformation, and AI data pipelines.

Conduct and participate in peer code reviews, ensuring AI/ML model integrations meet quality and performance benchmarks.

Use version control systems (Git, Bitbucket) for source code management and collaboration.

Work within Agile/Scrum teams, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Collaborate with QA engineers, product managers, UX designers, and data scientists to deliver high-quality AI-powered solutions.

Ensure cross-platform optimization, responsive design, and seamless AI feature deployment.

Stay updated on emerging AI/ML technologies, frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face), and cloud AI services to continuously improve application efficiency and user experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

4 to 7 years of professional experience in full stack development with strong Python expertise.

2+ years exp with Python FastAPI.

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, service-oriented architecture, and microservices.

Solid knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server; familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB is a plus.

1+ years of experience in React.js, including React Hooks and Redux is preferred.

Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Cloud Run, Firestore.

Proven experience integrating AI/ML models and APIs, including OpenAI GPT, LangChain, or similar frameworks, into full stack applications.

Hands-on knowledge of building conversational AI, chatbot frameworks, or AI-powered workflows.

Familiarity with machine learning lifecycle concepts, model deployment, and AIinference at scale.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional Agile teams.
