Job Description

Apex Ecotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Sr. Proposal Engineer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Project Analysis:

Review project plans, specifications, and requirements to understand project scope.
Conduct site visits, if necessary, to assess project conditions and requirements.

Cost Estimation:

Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and overhead.
Utilize estimation software and historical data to enhance the accuracy of estimates.
Identify and quantify cost factors, such as production time, materials, and labor expenses.

Proposal Development:

Develop comprehensive proposals outlining project scope, objectives, methodology, and timelines.
Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals that address client needs and specifications.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure that the proposed solutions are feasible and meet the client's requirements.

Bid Preparation:

Prepare and submit bids to clients within specified deadlines.
Collaborate with procurement and vendor management teams to gather supplier/subcontractor quotes and integrate them into the proposals.

Competitive Analysis:

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to determine pricing strategies.
Evaluate competitor proposals and pricing to ensure competitiveness and differentiation.

Client Interaction:

Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address queries related to the proposal.
Participate in client meetings and presentations to explain the proposal details and address concerns.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of estimates, proposals, and relevant documentation.
Generate reports on estimation and proposal activities, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to estimation and proposal engineering.
Contribute to process improvements and the development of standardized estimation methodologies within the organization.

Experience : 5 years and above in Water & Wastewater Industry.

Education : Bachelor in Engineering.
