Job Title: Enterprise Pre-Sales Consultant BFSI (CRM & SaaS)

Role Overview

Enterprise Pre-Sales Consultant

CXOs, business heads, IT teams, and internal stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Solutioning

  • Act as a

    techno-functional subject matter expert

    for enterprise CRM, digital engagement, analytics, and BFSI applications.
  • Understand complex

    banking, lending, insurance, NBFC, and financial services workflows

    , including sales, onboarding, servicing, collections, and compliance.
  • Own

    end-to-end pre-sales lifecycle

    from requirement discovery to solution positioning and deal closure.

Client Engagement & Value Consulting

  • Engage with

    CXOs, business leaders, and senior IT stakeholders

    to understand strategic priorities and pain points.
  • Conduct

    solution workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement-gathering meetings

    with enterprise clients.
  • Articulate

    business value, ROI, and transformation impact

    of proposed solutions rather than only product features.

Demos, POCs & Storytelling

  • Design and deliver

    tailored product demonstrations

    aligned to BFSI use cases and enterprise scenarios.
  • Lead and execute

    Proof of Concepts (POCs)

    , pilots, and solution validations.
  • Create compelling

    solution storytelling and presentations

    aligned with customer personas and buying committees.

RFP / RFI / Bid Management

  • Own and manage

    RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses

    for large enterprise and BFSI accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build

    solution documents, architecture diagrams, and effort estimations

    .
  • Ensure proposals are

    commercially viable, compliant, and aligned

    with client requirements and regulatory needs.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with

    Sales, Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Delivery

    teams to design customer-centric solutions.
  • Provide continuous feedback to Product teams on

    market gaps, customer needs, and enhancement opportunities

    .
  • Support sales teams in

    deal strategy, objection handling, and competitive positioning

    .

Required Skills & Experience

Domain & Functional Expertise

  • Strong experience in

    Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting / Enterprise Consulting

    roles.
  • Proven exposure to

    BFSI domain

    (Banking, Insurance, NBFC, FinTech, Financial Services).
  • Hands-on experience with

    CRM platforms, SaaS solutions, or enterprise applications

    .

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Ability to translate business problems into

    scalable technical solutions

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    enterprise architecture, integrations, data flows, and security considerations

    .
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Communication & Presentation

  • Exceptional

    communication, presentation, and storytelling skills

    .
  • Comfortable presenting to

    senior leadership and CXO-level stakeholders

    .
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent

    .
  • Experience working with

    large enterprise sales cycles and high-value deals

    .
  • Prior exposure to

    regulated environments and compliance-driven projects

    is a strong plus.
