Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven PPC Specialist (2+ years of exp) to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Bing, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing PPC campaigns for IT services, digital marketing, or technology-based businesses, with a strong focus on ROI, lead generation, and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and execute PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta, and other digital platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing to maximize performance.
  • Manage daily budgets, bids, and campaign performance while ensuring optimal ROI.
  • Develop and monitor landing pages in collaboration with design and development teams to improve conversion rates.
  • Analyze campaign metrics and prepare detailed performance reports using tools like Google Analytics and Data Studio.
  • Optimize campaigns through continuous testing and insights — including audience targeting, ad placements, and bidding strategies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, algorithms, and PPC best practices.
  • Collaborate with SEO, content, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) managing PPC campaigns for IT or digital service-based companies.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads Manager.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and other tracking tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in lead generation for B2B IT services or SaaS products.
  • Understanding of conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce for lead tracking.
