Sr. MIS Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage and monitor our inventory data, ensuring accuracy, timely reporting, and smooth stock movement across warehouses. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel/ERP systems, and the ability to generate actionable insights for effective inventory control and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update daily inventory records in ERP/MIS systems.
• Monitor stock levels, inward/outward movements, and discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for timely stock reconciliation.
• Generate and share daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on stock availability, slow-moving/fast-moving items, and stock aging.
• Track shortages, damages, and excess stock, and highlight variances to management.
• Ensure real-time inventory visibility across all channels (online, offline, warehouses).
• Prepare dashboard reports to assist in demand forecasting and purchasing decisions.
• Support audit activities by providing accurate stock data and reconciliation reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Purchase, Operations) to streamline inventory processes.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for efficient stock management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of MIS reporting, Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Macros preferred).
• Experience in inventory/warehouse management systems (ERP, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in MIS / Inventory management role (preferably in e-commerce, retail, or logistics industry).
• Knowledge of stock control, audit, and reconciliation processes.
