Role Purpose:

To design, manage, and deliver timely, accurate, and actionable reports and dashboards that support strategic and operational decision-making across design, production, sales, inventory, and operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for:
• Sales performance (D2C, wholesale, exhibitions, online)
• Inventory status and ageing
• Production timelines vs. targets
• Build Excel models and automated dashboards (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Power BI/Tableau optional)
• Coordinate with design, production, accounts, and digital teams to gather data
• Identify anomalies, delays, or inefficiencies; flag risks early to management
• Maintain master data (SKUs, style codes, BOMs, vendor master, etc.)
• Ensure timely submission of data to stakeholders

• Skills & Tools:
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting)
• Power Query, Power BI, Tableau (preferred)
• ERP or inventory software knowledge (preferred)
• Analytical thinking & eye for detail
• Ability to present data visually and narratively (charts, dashboards)
• Communication skills to explain numbers to non-technical teams

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Applications, or related
• 3–4 years’ experience in MIS, data analysis, or operations reporting
