Job Overview:
Valeur Fabtex Private Limited is hiring a detail-oriented and experienced MIS Executive (Male Only) with prior exposure to the education and skill development sector. The candidate should be proficient in handling large datasets, generating timely reports, and ensuring accurate documentation and tracking of operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage data entry, validation, and regular maintenance of training-related databases
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate with project, HR, and operations teams to ensure accurate reporting
• Monitor data from training centers, attendance, batch progress, and certification
• Analyze trends, performance metrics, and generate dashboards as needed
• Maintain compliance with project documentation standards and data privacy norms
• Support audit, inspections, and reporting needs for government or private clients

Eligibility & Skill Requirements:

• Graduate in Computer Applications, Statistics, Commerce, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience as an MIS Executive, preferably in the education or skill development sector
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Charts, Advanced Formulas)
• Experience in working with Google Sheets, MIS tools, and dashboards
• Familiarity with reporting formats under NSDC, MSDE, or similar education bodies is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
