JOB DESCRIPTION - MIS EXECUTIVE

Job Title: Sr. MIS Executive

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sr. MIS Executive with hands-on experience in Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and data reporting, preferably from a BPO or EdTech background. The role is critical for generating accurate reports, tracking KPIs, and supporting performance analysis across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and performance dashboards.
• Analyze data related to sales, operations, productivity, attendance, and quality KPIs.
• Build automated and error-free reports using advanced formulas and tools.
• Work closely with team leads to support real-time decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy, timely updates, and presentation-ready summaries.

Required Skills:

• Advanced Excel: VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, PivotTables, Power Query, Conditional Formatting.
• Google Sheets: QUERY, FILTER, IMPORTRANGE, ARRAYFORMULA.
• Excellent in handling large datasets and multi-process reports.
• Strong understanding of BPO/EdTech metrics like AHT, CSAT, Demo Conversion, Productivity, SLA, Attrition, etc.

Preferred Experience:

• 2–4 years in a similar MIS/reporting role in a BPO or EdTech company.
• Proven ability to manage reporting for high-volume, data-driven teams.
• Knowledge of CRM, dialer data or sales platforms is a plus.

Location: Vasai (W)

Shift- 9.00am to 9.00pm (Any 9 Hours Shift)

Mon to Saturday

Salary – 22k to 35K pm
