Job Title: TPOC - Night Shift (Work from Office) Company: BrightChamps Job Type: Full-time Location: 1st floor, 36/6, Hustlehub, Somasundarapalya Main Rd, PWD Quarters, Sector 2, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102 Shift Timing: 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO) Job Description: BrightChamps is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated professionals to join our growing team as TPOC (Telephonic Point of Contact) for the night shift . As a TPOC, you will play a vital role in connecting with potential customers, managing follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth communication process between the clients and our internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to parents and students to schedule demo sessions. Follow up with leads generated via marketing campaigns. Explain BrightChamps’ offerings in a clear and compelling manner. Maintain accurate records of communication and client information in the system. Coordinate with the sales and academic teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Handle queries and provide timely resolutions. Achieve daily/weekly targets related to calling and conversions. Requirements: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred. Ability to work night shifts (9:30 PM to 6:30 AM). Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer knowledge and CRM experience is a plus. Perks & Benefits: Competitive salary between ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month.
