Job Summary: As a Data Analyst/MIS Expert, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by developing and maintaining various dashboards, reports, and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs). You will work closely with our management team to provide data-driven insights, identify trends, and optimize business processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. 2. Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain various dashboards and reports to track KPIs, such as client acquisition, retention, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. 3. Reporting: Create and distribute regular reports to management, highlighting key trends, insights, and recommendations. 4.
