Roles and Responsibilities


# Responsible for managing sales activities of Industrial Products division building relationships with Panel Builders, Contractors, End users and Channel partners driving revenue growth, Expected to lead the customers journey from Pre-sales pitch stage to after-sales relationship management.

# Responsible to manage B2B Sales, Industrial Products Sales, Project Business With Industry like - Switchgear, Motor, Low Voltage, Power Cables, Panel builders, Govt Department Business for the area.

Meeting With Industrial clients, working with Electrical Contractors, Controlling of Dealers/Distributor Network, Creating New Business from Different OEMs & Panel Builders,Follow up with Govt.

# Conducts daily sales calls and finding new Projects/ Customer with requirement of Electrical goods requirement, Maintain a high level of exposure for the company through direct sales, Meeting sales targets, Negotiating Rates/packages with corporate clients, Successfully create business from new and existing Clients, Develop customer accounts and travel within the local area to drive business, Increase market/customer share in all revenue streams, Attend Sales events as required, Answer customer queries in a prompt and professional manner.

# Department for Tender Enquiry, Manage the Dealer Business Chain for Projects, regular meetings with Electrical Consultant and get approved our Make in concerned Project, arrange Technical Seminar with our Clients, arrange Electrician Meet for Promotion and Brand Awareness, able to manage Team.

# Generate pipeline / enquiry bank for propelling business growth through regular follow up, Build long term relationship with key decision makers in the respective customer segments / key influencers to ensure brand presence in all opportunities, Understand technical specification and work with design team to recommend top class solutions to customers, 100% compliance to organization initiatives such as SFA/Oppurtunit Funnel/Demand Generation etc from self.


NOTE :-

Education :- Diploma / Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experience :- B2B sales preferably in Cable, Switchgear, Motor, Low Voltage Industry Preferred
