Job Description

Hiring: Sr. Merchandiser – Apparels (M&S Buyer Experience Must) for Export House in Okhla New Delhi


Experience:


Salary Upto - Rs. 15.00 LPA


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle

    end-to-end merchandising

    from product development to final shipment
  • Coordinate with

    buyers, suppliers, factories, and internal teams

  • Manage

    product development (PD)

    , sampling, costing, and price negotiations
  • Prepare and control

    TNA

    , ensuring on-time approvals and deliveries
  • Monitor

    fabric, trims, and production status

    to meet quality and timelines
  • Ensure

    buyer compliance, quality standards, and audit requirements

  • Resolve production, quality, and delivery issues proactively
  • Maintain accurate

    documentation, order tracking, and reports

  • Support buyers during

    fit sessions, approvals, and order confirmations

  • Strong knowledge of

    woven / knit / denim

    (mention specific category if needed)
  • Excellent

    communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to manage

    multiple styles and orders

    independently
  • Proficient in

    MS Excel, ERP systems, and merchandising tools
