Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Sales Leader with proven expertise in the solar manufacturing industry to lead our sales strategy for EVA encapsulant sheets. The role involves building strong business partnerships with solar module manufacturers, EPC companies, and distributors, while leading a sales team to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for EVA sheets in domestic and international markets.
• Identify high-value customers (module manufacturers, EPCs, OEMs, distributors) and build long-term partnerships.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve organisational targets.
• Drive business expansion through new market development and channel partnerships.
• Conduct market analysis to understand competitor positioning, pricing, and emerging industry trends.
• Negotiate large-volume contracts and long-term supply agreements.
• Collaborate with the production, R&D, and logistics teams for smooth execution of projects.
• Represent the company at solar industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and global networking events.
• Report directly to top management and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical) + MBA preferred.
• 8–15 years of sales experience in the solar industry, specifically in raw materials (EVA sheets, backsheet, glass, solar films, adhesives, or module manufacturing components).
• Strong network with solar module manufacturers, EPCs, and large distributors.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel extensively across India and abroad for business development.

Pay: ₹13,677.23 - ₹52,000.00 per month
