Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure Management:
Oversee servers, networks, storage, and cloud services; ensure smooth operations and disaster recovery readiness.

Team Leadership and Development:
Lead and mentor the IT team, define roles, and foster collaboration.

IT Operations and Support:
Ensure SLA adherence, manage escalations, and improve helpdesk performance.

Strategic Planning and Budgeting:
Develop budgets, evaluate emerging technologies, and plan for scalability.

Data Security and Compliance:
Implement security protocols, ensure compliance, and conduct audits.

Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
Manage vendor contracts, align IT with business needs, and oversee procurement.
Monitor KPIs, report to senior management, and track efficiency improvements.

Maintain agreed-upon uptime levels for critical systems. -
Incident Resolution Time:
Average time to resolve infrastructure incidents. -
Budget Adherence:
Percentage of costs within budget. -

Timeliness and success rate of IT projects. -
SecurityMetrics:
Number of incidents mitigated and compliance audit scores.
Qualifications Skills
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of servers, networks, cloud platforms, and SAP B1.
- Proven experience in IT budgeting, vendor management, and compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
