Sr. Manager - IT

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives to support the organization's overall business objectives
• Lead and manage the IT team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team members
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of all IT systems, networks, and infrastructure
• Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data through the implementation of robust security measures

• Manage IT budgets, resources, and vendor relationships effectively
• Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in IT to drive innovation within the organization
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on IT performance and key metrics for senior management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
