Sr. Manager - HR

As a highly experienced Senior Manager HR & Administration at M/S. Megha Electromech, located at Plot No. W16, Near Supekar Hotel, Nagapur MIDC, Ahmednagar 414111 (MH), your role will involve leading the human resources and administrative functions with a focus on aligning HR practices with organizational goals in the industrial/manufacturing sector. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks - Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives - Draft and review offer letters, contracts, and HR documentation - Handle grievance redressal, disciplinary actions, and performance management systems - Supervise administrative operations including office management, vendor coordination, and facility upkeep - Support management in strategic planning and workforce development Qualifications & Skills: - MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent professional qualification - 8-12 years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably in industrial/manufacturing setups - Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices - Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills - Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive organizational culture In addition to the above, the company offers a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications, along with benefits such as health insurance and provident fund.
