Sr. Manager

We are looking for a dynamic leader to establish and manage our new branch, taking full ownership of business growth, operational efficiency, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software/IT services, combining the skills of a Branch Manager with the process discipline of an Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Market Growth

• Develop and execute a local market entry strategy to build the branch’s client base.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in software development, IT services, and consulting.
• Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Achieve revenue and profitability targets for the branch.

2. Operations & Delivery Management

• Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth workflow and quality delivery.
• Manage project execution, resource allocation, and delivery timelines.
• Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and legal requirements.

3. Leadership & Team Management

• Recruit, train, and mentor the branch team, including developers, project managers, and support staff.
• Create a positive work culture that fosters high performance and accountability.
• Set and monitor KPIs for all team members.

4. Financial & Administrative Control

• Prepare and manage branch budgets, forecasts, and P&L reports.
• Control operational costs without compromising quality.
• Oversee vendor management, office administration, and procurement.

• Proven track record in software/IT business development and operations management.

• Ability to thrive in a startup/branch launch environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools, CRM software, and reporting dashboards.
