As Manager/ Senior Manager Fundraising, you will be responsible to mobilize
financial resources to support Industree s projects and programs. This includes raising multi-year funding for existing initiatives and new geographies, deepening donor relationships, and diversifying funding sources across CSR, family foundations, Corporate Foundations, and UHNIs.
This is a strategic and external-facing role that demands a strong understanding of development
fundraising, a deep passion for equity and sustainability, and the ability to position Industree s work effectively to a wide range of partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Fundraising Strategy & Pipeline Development
Development and execution of a strategic fundraising plan to meet organizational and programmatic resource needs. Identify funding gaps and build a strong pipeline of prospects across CSR, Family philanthropy and Individual Giving (UHNI). Translate Industree s program priorities into fundable opportunities aligned with donor interests.
Donor Engagement & Stewardship
Cultivate and manage high-impact relationships with new donors. Develop tailored approaches and pitches to secure grants for specific projects, programs, and initiatives.
Customize fundraising materials that align with donor priorities while showcasing Industree s impact
and vision. Work with leadership to co-create compelling cases for support and facilitate donor decision- making.
Candidate Profile:
10-14 years of experience in fundraising, resource mobilization, or strategic partnerships within the development or nonprofit sector.
Proven ability to raise funds for social impact projects through CSR, foundations, institutional
donors, or HNIs. Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with senior-level stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities with a track record of successful pitches and
donor engagements.
Experience working on development issues such as livelihoods, gender, climate, or tribal
empowerment. Familiarity with the Indian CSR landscape and philanthropic networks.
Ability to think strategically, work independently, and thrive in a collaborative, high-energy
environment.
