Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with strong expertise in Java Spring Boot and Golang to join our engineering team focused on building next-generation telecom solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience working on telecom platforms such as OSS/BSS, network orchestration, and real-time data processing systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable backend systems and microservices for telecom applications using Java Spring Boot and Golang. Work on telecom-specific platforms such as network management systems, service provisioning, and billing systems. Collaborate with telecom architects, network engineers, and product teams to deliver high-performance solutions. Implement APIs and integrations with telecom protocols (e.g., REST, SOAP, gRPC, SNMP, NetConf, Diameter, SMPP, RCS). Optimize systems for high availability, low latency, and real-time data processing. Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives. Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical leadership within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 6+ years of experience in backend development with Java Spring Boot and Golang. Strong understanding of telecom systems architecture, including Onetwork orchestration, and service activation. Experience with telecom protocols and standards Proficiency in microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architectures. Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems. Exposure in working with real time systems. Experience with telecom platforms like SMPP gateway, RCS gateway etc
